Saint Michael's Basketball Teams to Face UVM, "Treat For a Can" Food Drive on Tap

COLCHESTER, Vt. - The Saint Michael's College men's and women's basketball teams will travel to the University of Vermont for exhibition games on Sunday, when Duke's Public House restaurant in South Burlington is also slated to sponsor the "Treat For a Can" food drive. The women play at 2 p.m. at Patrick Gymnasium, followed by the men at 4:30 p.m.

During the food drive, patrons who donate a non-perishable food item will receive a free caramel apple blondie brownie. All donations will benefit the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf in Burlington. With a valid student or employee ID, members of the Saint Michael's community will receive discounted ticket prices of $6 for the women's game and $10 for the men's game. Read UVM Athletics' Patrick Gym bag policy if you plan to attend. For those unable to make it, both games can be viewed online for free via UVMAthletics.com.
