Ronnie Riby-Williams (Montpelier, Vt./Montpelier) was named Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week for the week ending on Sunday, Sept. 17, following a three-point college debut on Saturday. Senior goalkeeper
Liam Barrett (Saugus, Mass./Malden Catholic/UMass Lowell) earned a spot on the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll.

Riby-Williams made his college debut with a goal and an assist on Saturday in a 2-0 win over Assumption University. After providing the primary assist on a ninth-minute tally, Riby-Williams scored an insurance goal in the 24th minute on a solo effort. Riby-Williams was a United Soccer Coaches All-New England Region and Vermont Soccer Coaches Association Division II All-State selection as a senior at nearby Montpelier High School.

Barrett turned in a 0.67 goals-against average with a .900 save percentage last week, stopping nine shots and yielding one goal in 135 minutes. During a second half of relief on Tuesday at Saint Thomas Aquinas College, Barrett made four saves on five shots on goal before turning in a five-save shutout of Assumption, 2-0, on Saturday. Through five games, including four starts, Barrett is third in the NE10 in saves (19), fifth in GAA (1.13) and sixth in save percentage (.792) while turning in a 2-1-1 record.

The Purple Knights, now 2-2-1 overall and 1-0 in NE10 play, host defending national champion Franklin Pierce University on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The Ravens were still No. 1 in the latest United Soccer Coaches national poll.
