Women's Lacrosse Loses to 17th-Ranked Saint Anselm

MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Saint Michael's College women's lacrosse team lost to 17th-ranked Saint Anselm College, 22-6, on Saturday during Northeast-10 Conference play in Grappone Stadium. The Hawks' national ranking is according to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).

THE ACTION
  • Saint Anselm scored the game's first 12 goals by the time Sullivan struck 50 seconds into the second quarter.
  • The Purple Knights scored the next four, with Lynch (11:55) and Murphy (9:36) netting the first two before Hamilton tallied twice in 1:42 to make it 12-4 by 4:33.
  • The Hawks responded with three goals before the end of the half en route to finishing the game on a 10-2 run.
