Student-Athlete Mental Health & Wellness

Student-athletes face a unique set of challenges and stressors within their college experience and may find it helpful to get support in navigating this time. The staff at the Bergeron Wellness Center is committed to providing care for the bodies, minds, and spirits of our diverse students, promoting lifelong well-being. We offer wellness consultations, mental health counseling, medical, and psychiatric support to our student-athletes who may want and/or need a confidential space to explore challenges, identify resources, and learn coping strategies. In addition to the services we offer on campus at Bergeron, below are some other resources that specifically support the emotional and mental health needs of student-athletes.
