COLCHESTER, Vt. - Junior
Riley Sroczinski's (Raynham, Mass./Bridgewater-Raynham Regional) opposite-field walk-off single with two down in the bottom of the 10th inning helped the Saint Michael's College softball team salvage a Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader split with The College of Saint Rose on Monday at Doc Jacobs Field. The Purple and Gold lost the opener, 4-1, before taking the nightcap, 7-6. That was the Purple Knights' longest home win since a 3-2, 11-inning triumph over Bentley University on May 1, 2006.
