  • Hamilton scored twice in a 2:34 span of the second quarter to trim a three-goal deficit to 5-4 with 11:53 remaining.
  • The Griffins countered with eight of the next nine goals to forge ahead 13-5 on Szwedko's goal at 14:07 of the third quarter.
  • Saint Michael's outscored Westminster from there, 6-3, while holding a 22-16 lead in second-half shots and forcing the Griffins into 13 turnovers in the final 30 minutes. Lynch turned in a hat trick and two assists in the second half, with her last tally at 2:50 of the fourth quarter creating the final margin.
