St. Mike's is partnering with Sangha Studio to offer up 6 weeks of movement classes to get you through the rest of the semester! Join us in the Dance Studio in Tarrant to move, breathe & get those endorphins going!
Core Flow, Mondays and Wednesdays, 5-6pm
Tarrant Recreation Center Dance Studio
Core Flow is a yoga flow class that focuses on building core strength & resilience while giving your system an energy boost. Sequences are active and creative and designed to challenge & meet each student’s edge. A strong core can support the entire yoga practice & other forms of exercise/movement by improving balance, stability, and overall strength. Off the mat, core strength can also help prevent back pain and improve posture.
Yoga Flow, Tuesdays, 5-6pm
Tarrant Recreation Center Dance Studio
Expect to link breath with a continuous flow of movement in this strong, active practice available to all levels. Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat by moving through grounded and standing postures while focusing on the power of breath awareness. Instructors: Led by Hanna Satterlee & Jenna Giguere
