As a Sophomore: Competed in eight events across four carnivals.
As a Freshman: Competed in six events ... placed fourth on the team in the giant slalom (2:07.50) at the Vermont Carnival on Jan. 10-11 ... was the third SMC skier in the giant slalom (2:27.86) at the New Hampshire Carnival on Jan. 24-25 ... clocked in at 1:40.08 in the slalom at the Williams Carnival on Feb. 14-15.
Before SMC: Attended Kennett (N.H.) High School as a freshman before spending the next three years at Gould (Maine) Academy, graduating in 2012 ... competed in skiing and baseball at Gould.
Personal: Shane Robert Love ... son of Terry and Ann Love ... business major with a minor in media studies ... mother skied at UMass ... cousin Devin Delaney was member of U.S. Ski Team for three years and also skied at the University of Denver.
