As a sophomore: Placed top 3 for Saint Michael's in all meets and was the team's top finisher the last 3 races ... top time was 26:19 against UVM and Lyndon on the Saint Michael's campus "Championship course" ... also ran 26:21 on the same course in the Northeast-10 Conference Championship ... earned All-State honors by finishing 10th at the State Meet ... earned 3rd Team All-Conference honors by finishing 20th at the NE-10 Championship ... finished 17th at Regionals, #2 all-time performance by a Saint Michael's Men's XC runner

As a freshman: Started off as #6 runner for Saint Michael's and was #2 by the end of the season ... top time was 26:47 against UVM and Lyndon State on the Saint Michael's campus "road course" ... finished 2nd overall at the Johnson State Invitational ... earned All-State honors by finishing 14th at the State Meet

High School: 4-year 3-season runner at Northwest Catholic in Connecticut ... team MVP as a senior in both XC and Outdoor Track ... member of National Honor Society
