Caitlyn Fogel joins the Saint Michael's women's soccer team for her first season as an assistant coach in 2025.
Fogel carries a wealth of experience in the coaching field, including working with the nearby Nordic Soccer Club since 2021. She has served as Director of Operations since 2022 while also head coaching teams of all ages across the girls' side. Fogel has additionally been head coach of the varsity girls' soccer team at Milton High School, her alma mater, since 2023, leading the Yellow Jackets to two Division II state crowns in as many years. Following each season, she was named both Vermont Soccer Coaches Association Large-School Coach of the Year and Lake Division Coach of the Year. Fogel preceded her stint at Milton by serving as a junior varsity boys' soccer head coach at South Burlington High School for three years.
Fogel, the former Caitlyn Dabagian, played four years of soccer at NCAA Division II power The College of Saint Rose. In 82 games, she netted 19 goals and added six assists. She helped the Golden Knights win a Northeast 10 Conference Championship as a senior while qualifying twice for the NCAA Tournament, advancing to the Final Four in 2019. Fogel graduated in 2020 with a bachelor of science degree in biology with a concentration in ecology and environmental science, having also minored in psychology.
