Saint Michael's College

Dakota Woodworth returns to the Saint Michael's men's ice hockey team for his fourth season on the coaching staff with the 2025-26 season after serving as director of hockey operations for the prior three winters.

Woodworth was an assistant coach with the Rice Memorial High School Prep program in South Burlington during the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons after serving as the University of Vermont's American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) men's ice hockey club head coach for the 2020-21 school year. Woodworth has operated Cutting Edge VT, an ice hockey equipment maintenance business, since 2020, after two years in Maine as North Yarmouth Academy's girls' ice hockey assistant coach. He was also the University of New England men's ice hockey team's equipment manager in 2019-20 and assisted the Burlington High School/Colchester High School co-op girls' program in 2016-17.

A 2015 UVM graduate with a degree in statistics, Woodworth was the women's ice hockey team's equipment manager as a senior after serving as manager as a junior. That same year, he played club ice hockey.
