Former captain George Buteau '15 returns to the Saint Michael's baseball program for the remainder of the 2016 season as an assistant coach.

Buteau served as a team captain during both his junior and senior seasons, seeing time at first and third base. His standout career included a senior year in which he hit .311 with a school-record 13 doubles, while his 26 RBIs and 42 hits were among the top 10 figures in school annals. Buteau remains tied for third in Saint Michael's history in career home runs (8), fifth in hits (125), and tied for fifth in doubles (24) and RBIs (66).
