Saint Michael's College

Saint Michael's women's lacrosse alumna Hannah Bishop '22 returns to the program as an assistant coach for the 2022-23 school year while pursuing her master's degree in education.

A three-year member of the program, Bishop, a Queensbury, N.Y., native, appeared in eight games - seven off the bench - during her debut season of 2021. As a senior, she started all 16 games, posting four goals and one assist out of the midfield while corralling 15 ground balls and causing seven turnovers.

Bishop was well-decorated during her career, qualifying three times for the Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award, twice for the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Roll, and five times for the Northeast-10 Conference Academic Honor Roll. She graduated in May 2022 with a degree in business administration after minoring in media studies, journalism & digital arts. Bishop was a Best Buddies core team member and Little Brother/Little Sister mentor as an undergraduate, and earned induction into Sigma Beta Delta, the honor society for students in business, management and administration.
