Shawn Bragg joined Saint Michael's College as Director of Athletic Internal Operations on Jan. 2, 2025, and heads into his second school year at the College in 2025-26. He also serves the College as its NCAA Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee.

In summer 2025, Bragg was among 22 administrators across all three NCAA divisions selected for the 2025-26 NCAA Pathway Program, a yearlong initiative designed to prepare senior-level athletics administrators for their next career step as directors of athletics or conference commissioners.

Bragg was previously Associate Director of Athletics for Operations and Compliance for a year and half at Division III Saint Elizabeth University in Florham Park, N.J., where he briefly served as Interim Director of Athletics. Bragg was charged with such duties as oversight of the student workforce, scheduling athletic facilities, collaborating with facilities and game day operations staffs, and utilizing creative marketing strategies for revenue generation.

Bragg worked at Division I Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J., for two years (2021-23) as the Assistant General Manager of the Student Recreation Center/Operations and Aquatics Supervisor. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day operations of the Student Recreation Center, which included maintaining facility scheduling and staff management.

During the prior four years, Bragg, an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist, split his time as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (2019-21) in Pomona, N.J., and an Exercise Physiologist and Recreation Coordinator with Atlantic Health System (2017-19) in Morristown, N.J. While completing his master of science in exercise science at Division II East Stroudsburg (Pa.) University during the 2016-17 school year, Bragg was a Graduate Assistant Campus Recreation and Athletics Executive and Strength and Conditioning Coach at the university.

Bragg began working in college athletics as an undergraduate at Division III Kean University in Union, N.J., spending his four years as an Assistant to the Associate Director of Athletics and Recreation. While still an undergraduate, Bragg coordinated, organized and scheduled numerous intramural, college and high school events while supervising, training and monitoring more than 100 student employees. He completed his bachelor of science in physical education/exercise science in 2016 and was a Dean's List and Lambda Alpha Sigma honors student.
