WORCESTER, Mass. - The Saint Michael's College men's tennis team lost a 6-1 Northeast 10 Conference decision to Assumption University on Saturday at the Assumption Tennis Courts.

• The Purple Knights lost each doubles match by one break, allowing the Greyhounds to nab a 1-0 lead.
• Juniors Viktor Boban (Zagreb, Croatia/Franjo Bucar/Frostburg State) and Garrett Brooker (Charleston, S.C./Oceanside Collegiate Academy) fell 6-4 at No. 1, while the tandems of Lundholm/sophomore Jamie Macpherson (Durham, United Kingdom/Framwellgate School Durham) and senior Julius van den Broek (Bergschenhoek, The Netherlands/Wolfert Lyceum)/first-year Ferm Koppelmans (Veghel, The Netherlands/Udens College) dropped dueling 7-5 contests in the second and third spots, respectively.
• Assumption took a 3-0 lead in singles before Brooker lost a 7-5, 6-4 affair in the third position for the hosts' clinching point. Macpherson was downed 6-4, 6-2 at No. 4.
• After Koppelmans was felled by a 6-2, 1-6, 10-6 count in the sixth spot, Lundhholm picked up his 7-5, 6-3 win in the fifth position, remaining undefeated at 4-0 this fall.
