Women's Basketball Loses NE10 Affair at Adelphi

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. - The Saint Michael's College women's basketball team lost to Adelphi University, 65-37, on Saturday during Northeast-10 Conference play in the Center for Recreation and Sport.

  • Santos' hoop gave Saint Michael's a 6-2 lead at 6:12 of the first quarter, but five lead changes later, Adelphi scored the final five points of the stanza to spark a half-ending 24-7 run.
