DOUBLEHEADER FACTS
- Devens is now in sole possession of 13th place in NE10 history for home runs in a career, hitting her 28th and 29th blasts in game two of today's doubleheader.
- Devens' seven RBI in the nightcap tied Southern New Hampshire University's Abby Lineman for the most by a Northeast-10 Conference player in a game this season. They were also the most by a Purple Knight since at least the 2004 season.
- Devens' 31 RBI this spring are one short of Megan O'Connor's '09 16-year-old program record.

THE ACTION
- The Purple Knights scored two unearned runs in the fourth inning when first-year Brooke Bishop (Florida, Mass./Drury) scored on a fielding error that put Booska on base, and Booska later came around to score on a groundout later in the inning, putting the hosts up 2-0.
- The Cardinals tied the game in the top of the sixth inning. Deo doubled to right center to drive in a run before first-year Michelle DeFina followed with a single to center field to drive in the tying run.
- Sophomore Sarah Isaacs hit a two-out RBI double down the left-field line in the top of the seventh inning that put the Cardinals up 3-2.
- Davidson laced a double to left field to score junior Brooke Edgerly (Morley, Mich./Morley Stanwood) with one out in the bottom of the seventh to tie the game and force extra innings.
- Eaton worked out of a two-on, two-out jam in the eighth by fanning her final batter.
- Davidson won it for the Purple Knights in the bottom of the ninth on an RBI single to right field to bring home senior Kiera Parker (Weymouth, Mass./Framingham/Stevenson) for the 4-3 victory.

THE ACTION
- Devens brought home the first run on a first-inning sacrifice fly to left field. Booska and Smith both singled to drive in runs and give the Purple and Gold a 3-0 lead.
- Edgerly reached on an infield single in the top of the second to score first-year Ella Nickerson (South Portland, Maine/South Portland) before Devens launched a three-run home run to left center to put the Purple Knights up 7-0.
- Davidson singled through the left side of the infield to drive in two runs in the third inning and put the Purple Knights up 9-0. Devens followed with her second three-run home run in as many innings.
- Smith hit an RBI double to the left-center gap to give the Purple Knights one more run in the bottom of the fourth.
- The Cardinals scored one run in the top of the fifth inning on Noll's sac fly.
