WORCESTER, Mass. - The Saint Michael's College women's lacrosse team lost to Assumption University, 16-5, on Saturday during Northeast-10 Conference action in Brian Kelly Stadium.

THE ACTION
  • Johnston potted a hat trick while helping Assumption score the game's opening seven goals by 11:05 of the second quarter.
  • Lynch and Conover struck 1:09 apart before Hamilton's goal at 3:18 cut the deficit to 7-3.
  • The Greyhounds pulled away on the strength of a 9-1 run that stretched into the fourth quarter. Lynch tallied in that time before Hamilton banked a shot off of the goalkeeper with 27 seconds left in the contest.
