HANOVER, N.H. - Saint Michael's College Nordic skiing junior Oliver Miatke (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East) captured seventh place while helping the men finish fourth in the mass-start 15K freestyle on the final day of the two-day Dartmouth College Carnival on Saturday at the Oak Hill Outdoor Center.
 
CARNIVAL FACTS

• The men placed fourth among 11 schools on Saturday with 87 points, trailing only Middlebury College (102), Dartmouth (107) and the University of Vermont (141).
• The men and women combined to take sixth on Saturday (121), trimming Harvard University by one point.
• The men tied for fourth at the carnival with Colby College (135), edging the University of New Hampshire (130).
• Between the Nordic and Alpine skiing teams, Saint Michael's placed sixth among 14 schools at the carnival, totaling 426 points.
• Vermont won the carnival with 974 points.
