Men's Lacrosse Defeats Dominican of New York

ORANGEBURG, N.Y. - The Saint Michael's College men's lacrosse team defeated Dominican (N.Y.) University, 14-3, on Tuesday afternoon at O'Brien Field. The Purple Knights received a vote toward this week's United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) national poll.

THE ACTION
  • Balfour scored off of Peraza's feed just 1:01 into the contest, and Peraza was his team's sixth different goal scorer by the time he found the net at 13:59 of the second quarter to make it 6-1.
  • Three different Purple Knights scored en route to pushing the lead to 9-1, and Drake scored from Peraza's dish to extend the advantage to 10-2 at 3:16.
