DOUBLEHEADER FACTS
- Kolifrath became the 19th Purple Knight to record 100 career hits. His 16th home run tied Trevor Allen's '19 program record, and he matched another Allen school mark with his third multi-home run contest. Kolifrath tied Allen once more on Friday, as both stand third in program annals with 73 career RBI, and he moved into fourth in walks (56). Kolifrath scored five runs in the nightcap, becoming just the third Purple Knight with that many in one game, and within one of Kevin Koscso's '06 23-year-old record.
- Senior Sam Cavossa (East Falmouth, Mass./The Winchendon School) pushed his career hit total to 130, matching Evan Balian '25 for sixth in program history. His 77 runs tied Eric Libardoni '05 for fifth, and Cavossa is tied with Chadwick Estey '12 for 10th in RBI (63).
- First-year Luke McGuire (Mansfield, Mass./Mansfield) rapped a single up the middle on the first pitch of his college career in the seventh inning of game one.
- Sophomore Cam Flaherty (Medford, Mass./Austin Prep/Gordon) picked up his first college win in the nightcap.
- The Purple Knights' 29 runs in game two were good for second in program history, short only of the 38 they plated against Polytechnic University on March 29, 2003. Their 25 RBI were one off of a school mark, set in that Polytechnic game and matched against Vermont State University Castleton on April 15, 2003. Saint Michael's picked up 21 hits, also just four short of a standard set at Polytechnic.
