THE ACTION

- At No. 1, Boban and Brooker took a 7-6 (7-4) decision from the fourth-ranked duo in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) East Region rankings.
- Brooker began singles action by defeating Assumption's No. 1 player, who was ninth in this week's ITA East Region poll, 6-2, 6-0. That defeat matched the Greyhound's most one-sided loss in 85 career singles contests, as Brooker claimed his 10th win of the year.
- Macpherson put his team ahead with a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 3 against a foe who had won 6-4, 6-2 in their last match-up before Boban suffered a 4-6, 6-1, 6-4 setback in the second spot. Lundholm lost 6-4, 2-6, 6-3 at No. 4, giving the Greyhounds a 3-2 edge.

His final line was a 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 triumph over a player who had only appeared at No. 4 and 5 this season.
