As a Freshman: Played four games ... made collegiate debut against Assumption on Jan. 20 ... first career point was an assist at Southern Maine on Jan. 23.
High School: Played two years of ice hockey at South Burlington High School ... transferred to Rice Memorial High School and was part of the prep ice hockey and lacrosse teams for two years ... lacrosse coach was former Saint Michael's men's lacrosse player Nate Noble '10.
Personal: Samuel David Finkelstein ... son of Lon Finkelstein and Melissa Barrett ... majoring in business ... father played ice hockey at the University of Vermont ... brother, Ben, plays ice hockey at Saint Lawrence and was chosen by the Florida Panthers in the 2016 NHL Draft.
