Before SMC: Played four years of high school ice hockey for Saint Michael's College School in Toronto ... team captain and MVP ... helped Saint Michael's win province championship as a senior ... played for Saint Michael's Buzzers of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) in 2016-17, and the Niagara Falls Canucks and Welland Jr. Canadians of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOHJL) in 2015-16 and 2014-15, respectively. Totaled 106 points in 150 games during those three seasons combined.
