Honors: Spring 2017 NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll

As a Junior: Appeared in all 12 games ... had one assist, grabbed 19 ground balls and caused seven turnovers while committing only one giveaway ... against Georgian Court on March 9, had three ground balls and caused one turnover ... against No. 18 Saint Anselm on April 11, had two ground balls and caused two turnovers ... pitched in an assist, two ground balls, and caused two turnovers against American International on April 22 ... scooped three ground balls versus Saint Rose on April 29.

As a Sophomore: Appeared in all 14 games … grabbed 24 ground balls and caused 11 turnovers on the season … notched a ground ball and two caused turnovers at Georgian Court on March 21 ... scooped four ground balls at Saint Anselm on April 12 ... had a season-high six ground balls in a win over AIC on April 23 while also causing three turnovers.

As a Freshman: Played 13 games ... totaled 16 ground balls and six caused turnovers ... had six multi-ground ball efforts ... made collegiate debut against American International on March 13.

High School: Played lacrosse and football at Bishop Guertin High School ... captained the lacrosse team as a senior ... lacrosse team was NHIAA state champion all four years ... football team was NHIAA state champion in 2012.

Personal: John Thomas Karanasios ... son of TJ and Allison Karanasios ... majoring in business with a minor in biology ... sister Morgan played lacrosse at the University of New Hampshire.
