As a Junior: Played in 23 games ... tallied five goals and 12 assists ... was third on the team in total points with 17 and second in assists in 6-1 victory over Castleton State on Jan. 28, she scored one goal with two assists ... against Plymouth State on Feb. 5, she tallied two goals and an assist.

As a Sophomore: Played in all 25 games ... tied for team lead with seven assists, and tied for third with 10 points ... scored one of team's two short-handed goals, in 5-3 win versus Colby at SMC Holiday Classic on Jan. 2 ... scored game-tying goal with 2:35 left in regulation at Salve Regina on Jan. 23 ... an ECAC East All-Academic qualifier ... made Dean's List both semesters.

As a Freshman: Played in all 27 games at forward ... first collegiate appearance was against SUNY Oswego at Rutland Herald Invitational on Nov. 1.

Before SMC: Played four years of varsity ice hockey, as well as two years of soccer and a year of softball and rugby, at Arlington Catholic High School ... in hockey, a Boston Globe all-star three years ... ice hockey team won Division I state championship as a junior ... Student of the Quarter during her junior year.

Personal: Kiera Bridget Nelligan ... daughter of James and Bridget Nelligan ... majoring in psychology, and minoring in Spanish ... takes part in the College's Best Buddies program.
