- Bergström tallied 7:40 into the contest before senior Carrigan Umpherville struck on a 5-on-3 power play 3:50 later.
- LIU put the game away with three goals in the opening 5:21 of the second frame.
- Harrison got the Purple Knights on the board at 16:53 of third period, sending home a shot from the slot after Kamp dumped the puck into the middle of the ice from the blue line. Leys initially set up the opportunity, forcing a turnover in neutral ice before tracking down a loose puck in the corner.
