COLCHESTER, Vt. - The Saint Michael's College women's soccer team tied Franklin Pierce University, 1-1, on Saturday afternoon during Senior Day at Duffy Field during Northeast-10 Conference play. Sophomore
Kayleigh Crowell (Beverly, Mass./Beverly) scored in the 88th minute to tie the game and salvage a draw against the Ravens.

THE ACTION
- The Purple and Gold saw action early as Messick took a shot on net in the sixth minute that was barely wide of the net.
- Cook made a save in the 11th minute of the match diving to her right to stop a shot by Goodman and keep the Ravens scoreless.
- The Ravens had another opportunity in the 12th minute of the match when first-year Roos Monsma sent a header off a corner kick just high of the net.
- The Ravens scored their lone goal of the match in the 20th minute of the match when Goodman sent a cross to Fox, who took a strike from outside the box and found the back of the net beyond a diving Anastopoulos.
- Sophomore Bella DelVecchio (Saugus, Mass./Bishop Fenwick) found a great chance on net in the 48th minute, but her strike was just high.
- First-year Bridget McLoughlin (Latham, N.Y./Shaker) made an incredible defensive effort late in the second half, chasing down Goodman and sending the ball out of bounds to prevent the Ravens from extending their lead to two.
- Hartlen made a team save in the 83rd minute when senior Gianna Derose took a shot on net and Hartlen was able to prevent the Ravens from scoring.
- Crowell netted the equalizer in the 88th minute after Hartlen sent a free kick into the box that was saved, and Crowell slotted the loose ball into the back of the net to tie the game.
