Brennan McFarland (Greeley, Colo./Northern Colorado Eagles) both netted three points to lift the Saint Michael's College men's ice hockey team past Franklin Pierce University, 6-3, for a Northeast-10 Conference victory on Saturday in Cairns Arena.

- The Purple Knights broke the scoreless stalemate at 10:01 of the first period, as Lincourt won a draw directly to McFarland, who beat McDonald to his glove side from the left circle.
- Horan finished a two-man breakaway following a giveaway in the Saint Michael's zone only 1:33 later during 4-on-4 play.
- Beaver put the hosts in front to stay with a power-play strike from the blue line at 17:15, and Kantgias pushed the lead to 3-1 only 2:31 into the second period, scoring from the slot to the netminder's blocker side.
- Kantgias added another tally at 9:03, making two moves in his own end to elude Ravens before skating the length of the ice and again scoring from the slot.
