Women's Basketball Downed by Division I Vermont During Exhibition Contest

Box Score BURLINGTON, Vt. - The Saint Michael's College women's basketball team lost an exhibition game at Division I University of Vermont, 75-37, on Tuesday evening in Patrick Gymnasium.

  • Priede's putback at 3:21 of the opening quarter pushed Vermont's lead to 18-0 before the Purple Knights responded with a 12-7 run on the strength of four Amber Furch points and threes by each Brophy and Talbot.
