Men's Basketball Uses Big Second Half to Pull Away from Franklin Pierce

COLCHESTER, Vt. - The Saint Michael's College men's basketball team netted 51 second-half points to pull away for an 82-60 Northeast-10 Conference victory over Franklin Pierce University on Saturday in the Ross Sports Center.

  • Hall's lay-in cut the deficit to 31-28 12 seconds into the second half, but De Leon's trey at 17:00 created a 39-33 margin, and the hosts led by multiple possessions for the remainder of the contest.
  • The Ravens trailed by no more than eight points until Kenney's putback at 10:08 extended the lead to 10 (52-42) and came amid a 13-4 stretch, and the lead stood at 61-46 with 6:32 to go.
