COLCHESTER, Vt. - Saint Michael's College women's basketball first-year Jasmine Becotte (Pelham, N.H./Lawrence Academy) was named Northeast 10 Conference Rookie of the Week for the week ending on Sunday, Dec. 14.
 
Becotte scored 19 points with seven rebounds and three assists during 21 minutes off the bench in her college debut on Sunday against Vermont State University Johnson. She shot 7-for-11 overall, 2-for-5 from three, and 3-of-4 on free throws, adding a block and a steal.
 
At 4-3 overall, the Purple Knights host Saint Thomas Aquinas College on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
