Box Score 2 DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Saint Michael's College baseball team began a six-game road trip to Florida with a doubleheader against Embry-Riddle (Fla.) Aeronautical University on Saturday at Sliwa Field, dropping game one, 15-4 in eight innings, and game two, 18-4 in seven innings. The Eagles received votes toward the most recent National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) South Region poll.

THE ACTION
- Balian gave the Purple Knights a 2-0 lead in the first inning on a home run to straight-away center for his eighth career long ball, tying him for fourth in program history.
- Noah Clymer singled with one out in the bottom of the second inning before Drew Clymer hit a two-run home run to left field to tie the game.
- Noah Clymer gave the Eagles the lead in the bottom of the third on an RBI groundout to second to score Kops and make the score 3-2.
- Pattison tied the game at three in the top of the fifth inning on a two-out single to the right center field gap to score Moynihan, but the Eagles used a four-run home half to jump to a 7-3 lead. Imposimato's two-out double score the final three runs.
- The Eagles scored two more runs in the bottom of the sixth inning on a long ball from Campbell and an RBI double from Marinello.
