Senior Gregg Dort Jr., the Bobcats' second draw man who was 11th in Division II at 66.7%, went 2-for-9.
- Regan tied Mike Marino '97 for fourth in program history in career wins (18).
- The teams met for the first time.

- Davis tallied twice in a 4-1 response, with first-year Jack Laye's buzzer-beating goal at end of the period tying the game.
- Reyes scored the only two second-quarter goals before assisting Murphy at 14:07 of the third to push the lead to 7-4.
- Calhoun broke the Bobcats' 20:06 drought with a man-up marker at 9:54 of the third before sophomore Jack Hooks scored 49 seconds later, but Hughes (4:19) and Reyes (2:02) responded in rapid succession later in the frame.
- Frostburg State never came closer than two goals from there, scoring only once between Hooks' strike and the final seconds of regulation.
