• The visitors had a 7-2 shot lead during the opening stanza before Cameron made eight stops in the second period alone, and the teams headed into halftime scoreless.
• Papleux put home a blast from the right side of the circle during the 33rd minute before scoring backhanded from in close in the 40th minute to make it 2-0.
• Wallace-West tallied on a second effort to halve the deficit in the 52nd minute.
