MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Saint Michael's College field hockey team lost to No. 9 Saint Anselm College, 6-0, on Tuesday during Northeast 10 Conference play in Grappone Stadium. The Hawks, whose national ranking is according to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA), won the 2024 national title.

• Cameron made 16 saves in the first quarter alone, yielding only a pair of rebound goals.
• In the seventh minute, the netminder made a sprawling save near the left post, only to see junior Meghan Smith backhand home the rebound from a tough angle.
• In the 10th minute, sophomore Ruby Reid drove a shot off the left post, and first-year Breanna Shorey knocked in a second effort before the defense could react.
• After Saint Anselm made it 4-0 by the 20th minute, the Purple Knights kept the hosts off the board for a 33:16 stretch.
