MANSFIELD, Pa. - The Saint Michael's College field hockey team opened play at the two-day Dr. Art DeGenaro Classic with a 9-0 loss to host Mansfield University, the ninth-ranked team in the nation, on Saturday at Karl Van Norman Field. The Mountaineers' ranking is according to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA).
