THE ACTION

• Dyczkowski put LIU ahead just 22 seconds into the contest, ringing the post before grabbing her own rebound out front. Nagy made it 2-0 by 2:34, pouncing on a loose puck at the edge of the crease.
• Lavender stopped all 15 shots sent her way during the second period.
• Babington finished a 3-on-1 rush at 10:39 of the third stanza before tallying on an empty net with 17:40 gone.
