THE ACTION

• Smith fed Leclair early in the 10th minute before netting her own tally 45 seconds later.
• Sophomore Jody van Aardt made it 3-0 in the 12th minute, and Beakes assisted all three second-quarter goals for the hosts.
• After entering the game at halftime, Kang held the Panthers off the board until the closing minutes of regulation. Leclair scored late in the 59th minute before senior Olivia Docyk completed a penalty corner sequence with no time remaining by scoring on her team's third attempt following two Kang saves.
