DOUBLEHEADER FACTS
- The Purple Knights played an 11-inning affair for the first time since Feb. 26, 2023, at Pace University, but for the first time on Doc Jacobs Field since a 12-inning contest versus Vassar College on April 9, 2005. Friday's game matched the Purple and Gold's longest NE10 home game, having come on April 24, 1993, also against Assumption.
- Weber's single was the latest walk-off hit by a Purple Knight since Paul Jasinski's '75 solo home run in the bottom of the 13th inning of game one against Siena College on April 29, 1972.
- Saint Michael's registered only the fifth 6-0 start in program history (1906, 1907, 1999, 2003) before falling in the finale.
- Saint Michael's tied the 2009 squad for fourth in program history in victories. The Purple Knights are two shy of the 1999 team's mark (17).
