BUFFALO, N.Y. - The 12th-ranked Saint Michael's College women's soccer team scored twice in the second half to down D'Youville University, 2-0, on Saturday at Dobson Field. The Purple Knights' national ranking is according to the latest United Soccer Coaches poll, and they are first in the East Region.

THE ACTION
- Saint Michael's held a 9-1 lead in first-half shots, with only two on target, in the 12th and 13th minutes. Kit stopped both.
- Off of a restart in the 58th minute, a giveaway in the back led to a one-touch cross by Kleinman for Gormley, who lofted a shot into the upper left corner from the top of the box for the eventual game-winner.
- Malabad found insurance in the 83rd minute, carrying up the left side before sending a cross off of a Saint and in for the game's second goal.
