COLCHESTER, Vt. - The Saint Michael's College men's tennis team (1-5, 1-5 Northeast-10 Conference) lost its fifth straight match on Tuesday, 9-0, to Southern New Hampshire University inside the Tarrant Recreation Center.
Senior Ryan Magee (Queensbury, N.Y./Queensbury) came closest to earning victories for the Purple Knights, falling 8-4 at #1 doubles, and 8-5 at #5 singles. SNHU is ranked sixth in the latest regional rankings.
Saint Michael's will look to snap its losing skid on Sunday with a 12 p.m. match at league-rival Adelphi University.
