Saint Michael's was one of four Northeast-10 Conference programs with at least five qualifiers. The five Purple Knights were among 29 total from the NE10.
Â
College Sports Communicators, formerly known as College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), moved to a qualification system for All-District accolades in 2022, with major contributors toting at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average by their sophomore seasons eligible. Each school was able to put six student-athletes forward for an award that previously necessitated voting. Instead, All-District honorees can now advance directly to the Academic All-America ballot, which will still incorporate national membership voting.
Â
An NE10 All-Conference second team selection, Williams started 17 games in the midfield while scoring a pair of goals, including netting the winner against Southern Connecticut State University on Sept. 28. The two-time New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) All-New England player holds a 3.59 GPA as a business administration and accounting double major. Williams qualified for the NE10 Academic Honor Roll eight times and landed three Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Awards.
Â
Larsson saw time in all 19 contests while making four starts this fall, turning in one goal and assisting the winner at Shippensburg University on Sept. 7. The captain has a 3.84 GPA as a business administration and accounting double major. Larsson qualified for the NE10 Academic Honor Roll four semesters and landed a pair of D2 ADA Academic Achievement Awards.
Â
Crowell appeared in 18 games, drawing three starts, while handing off a pair of assists. In addition to earning NEWISA All-New England, NE10 All-Conference and NE10 Academic All-Conference laurels as a sophomore, she has qualified four times for the NE10 Academic Honor Roll and once for a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. Crowell holds a 3.63 GPA as a criminology major.
Â
Kosiba started 17 of her 18 games this fall, contributing five goals and three assists. She netted the winner during a two-goal outing at Felician University on Sept. 17 and buried a penalty kick in a 3-1 upset of fifth-ranked Adelphi University on Oct. 26. A double major in health science and education studies, Kosiba holds a 3.83 GPA. She has earned four NE10 Academic Honor Roll citations and one D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
Â
McLoughlin also started 17 times in 18 outings, all in the backfield, anchoring a defense that yielded one goal or less 15 times. The 2023 NE10 All-Rookie Team selection is a two-time NE10 Academic Honor Roll pick and has a 3.93 GPA as a political science/environmental science double major.
Â
Through the Academic All-America program, CSC names separate Academic All-District and Academic All-America teams at each the NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II and NCAA Division III levels, while the College Division team combines NAIA, Canadian and two-year schools.
