COLCHESTER, Vt. - Saint Michael's College men's lacrosse senior 
Rocky Grillone (Brockton, Mass./Cardinal Spellman) and junior 
Cooper Wilson (Niskayuna, N.Y./Niskayuna) were both named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on Sunday, March 3.
 
Grillone posted a goal, five ground balls and two caused turnovers while helping the Purple Knights down Felician University, 17-1, on Sunday, maintaining a shutout until the fourth quarter. The long-stick midfielder has 10 ground balls and three caused turnovers in two games, placing 12th in the NE10 in the former, including tying for sixth among non-faceoff men. Grillone has 97 ground balls and 50 caused turnovers in 38 career games, tying 
Evan White '13 for eighth in program history in the latter.
 
Wilson, who also landed on the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll and the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Team of the Week last week, scored once while going 11-for-13 on faceoffs with 10 ground balls against Felician. He has two goals this season while going 24-for-29 on draws with 21 ground balls. He leads NCAA Division II in faceoff percentage (82.8%) while tying for fourth in the nation in ground balls per game (10.5). Wilson is second in program history in career faceoff wins (267) and eighth in ground balls (161).
 
The Purple Knights are 2-0 heading into a Friday meeting with D'Youville University at Cortland High School in New York at 7 p.m.
