COLCHESTER, Vt. - Five Saint Michael's College men's lacrosse student-athletes were named New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) All-Academic on Friday following their final season of college play. Twenty-six Purple Knights have now been recognized with the accolade in the past 11 years.

Teddy Lenz (Canandaigua, N.Y./Canandaigua Academy),
Sean Regan (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford Sutherland),
Cristian Reyes (Norwood, Mass./Xaverian Brothers),
Tyler Sarro (North Attleboro, Mass./North Attleboro) and
Sebastian Simonson (Spruce Grove, Alberta/Spruce Grove Composite) were all recognized, as at least five Purple Knights landed nods for the second straight year.

In order to be selected for NEILA All-Academic, student-athletes must have had senior or graduate student standing, have posted a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher, and be a significant contributor on the field.
