COLCHESTER, Vt. - Eleven Saint Michael's College softball student-athletes earned National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-America Scholar-Athlete accolades recently after posting at least a 3.5 combined grade-point average during the 2025-26 school year. Saint Michael's was fourth among Northeast 10 Conference schools in number of selections, while 77 student-athletes from the league were honored.
 
May graduate Brooke Edgerly (Morley, Mich./Morley Stanwood) and rising senior Maddy Vaughn (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Saratoga Springs) both earned the honor for the third straight year.
 
Rising senior Brynlyn Owens (Limon, Colo./Limon) and rising juniors Brooke Bishop (Florida, Mass./Drury), Andrea DiMauro (South Portland, Maine/South Portland), Maddy Eaton (Seabrook, N.H./Winnacunnet), Ella Nickerson (South Portland, Maine/South Portland) and Sophia Underfer (Franklin Lakes, N.J./Indian Hills) landed their second consecutive accolades.
 
Rising junior Kate Parker (Quispamsis, New Brunswick/Kennebecasis Valley) and rising sophomores Shaylee Branon (Troy, N.H./Monadnock Regional) and Shylee Karenbauer (Chicora, Pa./Butler Area) earned their initial nods.
