GORHAM, Maine - The Saint Michael's College women's ice hockey
team (0-3-1, 0-2-1 ECAC East) earned a 2-2 tie at the University of
Southern Maine in conference action on Friday evening.
Senior Meghan Colitti (Dover, N.H./Berwick
Academy) assisted on both Purple Knight goals, scored by
junior Madelena Santore (Millington, N.J./New Jersey
Rockets/Rutgers Univ.) and sophomore Allison Graf
(Long Lake, Minn./Minnesota Thoroughbreds). Sophomore
Erin Stevens (Watertown, Conn./Connecticut Polar
Bears) recorded 21 saves.
For Southern Maine (1-0-1, 1-0-1 ECAC East), Rachel
Harvey and Brittany Soar netted goals,
while Jordan Lee saved 23 shots.
Saint Michael's returns to action on Saturday with a 3 p.m.
contest at conference-rival Plymouth State University.
