• Golini put Saint Anselm on the board 1:23 into the game, burying a shot from the low slot off sophomore Katy Meehan's pass from behind the net.
• The Hawks doubled their lead at 6:22 of the opening period when Golini's pass from behind the net was one-timed home by Monaco in the slot.
• Boscia cut the deficit to 2-1 just 56 seconds later with an end-to-end rush, making a move past a Saint Anselm player at the Purple Knight blue line before firing from the hash marks in the Hawk zone on Scavotto, who denied the shot before Boscia roofed a backhander on the rebound.
• Conger pushed the advantage back to two at 12:56, firing from the low right circle.
• Talcott made 19 of her saves in a shutout second period, including eight during a pair of Hawk power plays.
• Saint Michael's held Saint Anselm to only seven shots in the third period, but Conger found the back of the net at 6:40, picking the upper left corner from above the left circle.
