COLCHESTER, Vt. - Saint Michael's College women's cross country first-year
Jersey Miller (Minneapolis, Minn./Saint Louis Park) was named Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Year, as chosen by the league's coaches, the NE10 announced on Thursday. She is the second Purple Knight in as many years so honored, following
Tess Drury '27.

Miller placed sixth at the 6K NE10 Championship on Oct. 27 to land on the NE10 All-Conference first team before earning U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) East Regional All-Region accolades by taking 15th at the 6K NCAA East Regional Championship on Nov. 9. She was second among first-years at regionals.

Miller finished lower than 15th only once in six races, beginning her career with a third-place showing at Saint Anselm College's 6K Shackette Invitational on Sept. 7 before occupying second at the Purple Knights' 8K Equality Invitational on Sept. 21. The following weekend, Miller was 27th among 255 finishers at Roberts Wesleyan University's 5K Anderson Invitational prior to claiming 10th at Franklin Pierce University's 6K Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on Oct. 11.
