MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Saint Michael's College men's soccer team (5-1-1, 2-0-1 Northeast-10 Conference) played to a 0-0 tie at Saint Anselm College on Wednesday afternoon.

Sophomore Logan Kingman (New Bern, N.C./New Bern) turned aside two shots to earn his league-leading fourth shutout of the season for Saint Michael's. The Purple Knights are ranked seventh in this week's NSCAA/HendrickCars.com East Region Poll, and were playing their first road contest of the season after six home games.

For Saint Anselm (0-5-1, 0-3-1 NE-10), Eric Moriarty recorded six saves.

The host Hawks outshot the Purple Knights 16-12 in the contest, including 4-0 in the second overtime. Just two of Saint Anselm's shots, however, were on goal, with Kingman stopping both. Saint Anselm also held an 11-4 edge in corner kicks.

Saint Michael's returns to action on Saturday with a 3:15 p.m. home game versus Assumption College on Duffy Field at Doc Jacobs Complex.
